Worst drive thru I've probably ever been thru. Off peak hours 2 cars parked waiting for orders I assume. One car in front of me at the pay window. I order a Sonic Blast and a small fry. I pull up to the window as the person in front of me is pulling away. I wait 8 minutes before someone comes to the window to collect my money for my order. Then I wait 5 more minutes for my change. I ask the employee "why is it taking so long"! She said the manager just left and they are short staffed. 6 minutes later she brings my Sonic Blast! 3/4 of the way full and not mixed or blended good. I asked why is my Sonic Blast like this and she said "oh I don't know it's usually filled to top, I can go ask someone. By then I was just ready to get out of there. As I'm pulling away I remember my fries that I ordered weren't given to me. So I pull up so the 1 other car behind me can pull up to window. I get off and go to the big window and I see 5 kids standing around in the back, one of them eating and a older woman sitting down talking to them. When they saw me they started to scatter like roaches and started working on something. 4 minutes later someone comes out and asks if I needed something. I said yes you forgot my fries! 3 minutes later they bring my fries. I told the employee 26 minutes for a Sonic Blast and small french fry is just ridiculous! I asked if there was a shift manager on duty. The employee said "no I'm sorry that it took so long would you like a free hamburger or fry's or a drink". I can only imagine how long that would have taken. 8 employees and it took me 26 minutes for my order! Horrible service! There is a Hamburger Stand fast food restaurant half a mile away and a KFC, Taco Bell, Carl's Junior, Jack in the Box right down the street. I highly recommend...
Read moreUsually very friendly staff, tonight there are 2 girls & a guy working in the front. The guy is very rude. 1st took half of our order - no problem, then my husband (who wears hearing aids) said excuse me, because he misunderstood his question & the guy said I can't hear you either & my husband said I can hear you fine, I just need you to repeat the question. The guy said, well I can't hear you, you need to move to another stall & canceled our order. We moved to another stall, placed our order with one of the girls, but the display screen never came on, so we could not complete our pymt. We tried to flag the guy down as he was walking past our vehicle & he just walked away as we were still talking to him, trying to give him our payment card. He refused to take it & told us to move to another stall. My husband told him we already placed our order, he kept walking & said pay when your food comes out. He went inside & started yelling at one of the female employees, from our window view, it would appear as if he went inside & was talking crap about us & all we were trying to do was pay for our order! Food was just OK, Luke warm, at best & not worth the attitude. Dude clearly does not like his job & shouldn't be doing customer...

The employee who took our order was not welcoming in the slightest, I understand people can have bad days but she seemed very miserable from the get go. She constantly wanted to rush our order by saying in an annoyed tone "is that all?" , multiple times after the person I was with barely got a word out. Then when we got to the window to pay, we had asked for a Powerade slush, and received a regular Powerade, which wouldn't have been a problem if we didn't get attitude prior. So when we corrected the order by telling this employee we wanted the slush, because that's what we asked for, she rolled her eyes, and quickly handed us a Powerade slush right after we had asked for it. My food came out overcooked, to almost looking inedible, we received the food after getting our slushes which in itself took a while for them to give to us. In recent events my Best friend also had a problem at this specific location the other day with an employee, so I understand now why she didn't...
