I had such a fantastic experience at Staples recently! I went in needing some printing services, and I have to admit, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. I had no idea about the different paper options available, and I couldn't decide which one would be the best fit for my current project.
Luckily, I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful staff member named Vangeli (I hope I got the spelling right, my apologies if not). Vangeli was an absolute lifesaver. She not only patiently listened to my printing needs but also took the time to explain various paper options to me. What really impressed me was when she went above and beyond by showing me actual samples of the different paper types. This visual aid made it so much easier for me to make an informed decision.
Vangeli's friendly and helpful demeanor made me feel incredibly comfortable leaving my documents with her to be completed. I trusted her expertise, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. When I returned to pick up my printed materials, they were absolutely perfect! The quality was top-notch, and it was exactly what I needed for my project.

Read moreThe worst experience we had at this store was in the copy machines department, Today we went at 5 pm and this employed named Angelica wasn't patient with my grandma who speaks only Spanish and nobody there helped so I went to translate and I asked her for some help and give instructions for the copy machines and in very bad attitude she said yes and emphasize that those were "self-service" (Something we knew and we were asking and able to wait for the favor) finally we went to the machines and waited for her and tried to get the copies that we wanted and kept waiting forever for her help until finally she came for "help us" just saying really quick and not clear instructions and leaving us without making sure we understood, we had so much trouble and wasted so much time at the store just for some copies plus every copy there is not cheap at all, my grandma got very frustated and don't want to go to this store anymore, for my part I warn that this woman was not friendly and I do not recommend this...

There are 3 female workers in the printing dept and all of them are extremely rude and argued back with us about our order that they could not get right. One of them even threw in our face that the general manager told her to charge us again, if that was the case then he/she should have called us. My husband spoke to a manager named Issac 24 hrs prior to this but apparently your not qualified enough to have any say so according to your 2 famale empoyees there. What kind of customer service is this? We should have listen to other people about the service and quality but we give everyone the benefit of the doubt.
