Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Zebulon

I do not recommend this place, We arrived a little before 7 pm, there was a couple tables already taken, we sat ourselves in the corner, a young boy came and took our order, that he said it was a 1 hour wait for food, So we decided to wait, another couple comes in they sit eat salad and drinks, then a man and 2 teen looking young boys come in they sit and the same young boy waiter got there drinks, that was it, they also got their own refills out the fountain drinks, people were coming in placing orders and getting their food but we in the dining area was Not getting any Service, so time goes on I flagged this young girl down for a refill,not long after she and another girl change clothes and leave, then not long after the young boy waiter went and changed his clothes and then out the door he went, So then no one I mean No One came to our table to tell us anything, we patiently waited for the food until a few minutes after 8 pm, Not even the manager came out to speak to anyone, the man and the other 2 boys called the waiter over and said they were leaving , "So he said " I'll cancel your order, So my boyfriend goes upto the doorway where all the workers were standing around, And asked about our food, He comes to the table to tell me that there is "23" people ahead of us. Well we left, walked into McDonald's @8:11 pm ordered and ate our food and back in the car by 8:35 pm

The moral of this review is Do Not go there, Service Sucks!!!

Even the manager was Not woman enough to even come speak to anyone of us in...

Manager didn't understand the $5 promo they were running where if u order 2 or more all the items are $5 each. The were 4 of us and we split our check. One check was for 4 drinks and a large meat lovers pizza, 4 drinks and 4 salad bars. The 2nd check was for 4 orders of wings , a medium sausage pizza and some cinnabuns. We get salads and then because they were busy with take out the waitress brings us the bill before we even get the food. I look over both bills , the first one was correct, but the 2nd bill was wrong. Instead of getting billed $5 per item like the special says the bill is showing $6 for each item. I talk to the waitress and a waiter and they explain that it starts at $5 and some items are $6 on the menu.

I calmly explain the promo says order 2 or more and they are $5 each. They get manager and he says the same thing. At that point the food was coming out and since the manager Shawn was not willing to honor the promo I told him to keep all the food and to print me a new bill for the 4 drinks and salad bar.

I travel thru the area about twice a month have been to this location before and have good service in the past. No one wants to work all day , then go out to eat with family and have to go back and forth with a manager about a promo on the menu.

System forced me to give 1 star when this location should have gotten no stars for the...

So I ordered online.... One large pan cheese pizza and one large pepperoni pizza.... They make it to my house and I am cleaning so my husband receives the pizza without checking it out , grabs a slice for him one for my son and one for me so I make it to the kitchen start eating my slice and then realize how messy and saucy the pizza is ... I look at the pizzaz and they are extremely messy, you cant see the crust the cheese is super messy and some parts dont even have cheese ... If the pizza was messy and done right i wouldnt care cause it would still taste good but no all u tasted was sauce and unbaked bread. So I call and very nicely explain whats going on and janice tells me to send her back the pizza with her delivery driver brings the new pizza so i agree gladly.... Tell me how the 20 min after receiving the pizza janice calls to tell me why I "aint" tell her I ate 3 slices out of each pizza so I correct her and let her know it was 3 slices in total and she continues on to tell me why I didnt tell her so I told her we would throw them up and send it back and I hung up the phone. How just how do you make messy nasty pizza and then instead of correcting your mistake and calling it a day you call your customer back to complain about 3 missing slices out of 20 total... If the pizza was made right the first time it wouldnt have been an issue to begin...
