I’ll start by saying the food was awesome and the portion sizing is very fair for the price. My only complaint was the customer service. The gentleman at the counter did not greet us or pay us any attention until we had to say hello and proceed to order. He was soft spoken but I think moreso, didn’t want to be there. The woman in charge of the kitchen was very direct and was not welcoming. As I was placing our order she threw a bag containing someone else’s food directly in front of me and shouted in my face. Did not appreciate that. When I asked for a side of sweet and sour sauce she laughed. Finally, after receiving our food (wait time was very reasonable, to add a positive) we said thank you and she pushed it towards us and walked away. To be taking orders with your mouth full of food to the point I cannot understand what u are saying? Is very unprofessional the hallway it's very narrow to the point u have to walk side ways to get to bathroom? It's a hazard with all the flirty boxes? Water in bathroom to wash yours is just enough to wet hands? So the employees cannot properly wash anf sanatize there hands before handling any food?No paper towels very unsantize? I can only imagine the cleanliness in kitchen is? Food was ordered without seeing the filt? Chicken wing and pork fried rice? She refuse to give me refund? So I just lost $12? Just keep in mind they way u present yourself and keep your place of business tell me alot about how clean your are? I would have to be desperately starving to come back and order from...

Food was good. The service BAD! I ordered one small sesame chicken, one large shrimp lo mein, and order of wings, and one large shrimp with broccoli, the order was given incorrect, I missed the large shrimp with broccoli!!! I called back after a long ass day at work to spend my limited time with someone on the phone clarify what I got and what I was missing! They told me they were going to double check AGAIN , they called me back and said they charge $40.30 cents for a order or wings, one small sesame chicken and one large lo main, they refused to give me what I was missing, maybe they have not hear "the customer is always right" and of course I will not spend my time trying to get something free...I AM NOT A THIFT, I just wanted my order right!
