Ordered a $5 pepperoni and an $8.99 Supreme. Paid and was told it would be 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes while several customers came and went. The cooks seemed to be concentrating on call in orders and the pre-prepared $5 pizzas. When I asked about mine I was told "it was in the oven and would be out in a few minutes". I noticed the district manager was in the store taking inventory and he seemed oblivious to the chaos in the waiting area which was full. The cashier told one customer he should have started helping out 15 minutes earlier. Now him and the cook are making pizzas using their BARE HANDS (is this policy?). Very unhygienic. 5 minutes later I was told it was in the oven. Finally after 30 minutes I asked to speak to the district manager. He refused to come to the counter telling me he was preparing pizzas. I demanded my money back and received a credit that hopefully goes into my account. I was offered nothing for my trouble including no explination but I'm not sure my pizza was ever "in the oven". This is pitiful and even worse considering a company official couldn't get things...
Read moreI am writing to formally dispute an issue regarding an order I placed with your Zebulon, NC store on February 22, 2025, at approximately 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered, despite the confirmation I received.
When I contacted the store to address the issue, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism from the manager on duty. Instead of assisting me in resolving the matter, she was rude, dismissive, and insisted that the order had been delivered—even though it had not. Her tone and approach were highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a business that values customer satisfaction.
As a dedicated member of this community, I find this experience deeply disappointing. Not only was I left without my order, but I also received poor customer service when trying to resolve the issue. Read moreNever have I been treated so poorly by anyone at this location in zebulon NC. They dont close until 10pm and I called to place a order at 9:13 and someone picked up the phone and hung it right back up. Then I called back 3 times only to get no answer!!! I come in the next day in person and the manager was in the back throwing the phone on the table after telling the caller to hold on. Then when she finally did come to the counter, the first thing she says is..."its gonna take a hour no matter what you order" ....then when I explained what happened the night before, all she could say was " well I dont know because I didnt work last night" instead of trying to work things out for the inconvenience i went through!!! She has a major attitude and doesn't deserve the position she has. After she said that, the 4 customers that were behind me just walked out right behind me which means shes bad...
