Since moving to Zillah, I’ve lost count of how many times this location has screwed up my family’s orders. I figure I’ll use reviews to help keep track. Hopefully the franchise will pull their license and put it under new owners. Tonight, I ordered a 2C and payed for such. What I got was a plain #2. Not worth the gas to go back.
Update: Apparently not all my updates get posted, but we’ll try again; January 2024, they forgot a medium fry and the ketchup. Three medium meals were ordered, dine-in, one of which was nuggets. The sauce selected on their own ordering kiosk was ketchup. When I make it easier on them, ordering on the kiosk, so there is no language barrier as a source of error, they still mess it up. As a side note; I ran into a team of franchise/corporate reviewers assessing the management at a Yakima McDonalds just one week prior. I explicitly told them about this Zillah location and one of the corporate goons just shrugged me off (albeit politely with a smile). Apparently, they don’t care about customer feedback.
Update September 2024: Drive through order missing half the nuggets. McDoubles had no onions for some reason. SSDD.
Update: May 10th, 2025. It’s been awhile and I almost forgot until I’m standing in the place and saw a lady come in through the drive-thru with missing items. They forgot the nuggets the last time I was here.

There were about 2-3 cars in the drive through, I waited for 20-25 minutes until I finally reached the speaker where they told me they are closed. I explained my situation, still they were not caring since they had to “Close their systems.” They told me the money would be returned in 15-25 minutes, it was never returned since I had placed the order BEFORE 11:00PM and have already paid for it. I had to cancel my own order in order for me to get my money back. It is not my fault that they had 2-3 cars ahead wait for like 30 minutes for absolute no reason. They should be caring enough to understand about a mobile order before they closed and all cause their systems need to be shut down, that’s ridiculous. I understand if you want to get home or do not like your job, but do your job or don’t work. Your website states you do not close until 12:00AM, update or or take the orders of the cars who were their before...
Read moreStopped on the way home from the tricities with my girlfriend yesterday. My girlfriend orderd 2 cheeseburgers with no buns, and extra pickles.
They used 2 huge plastic containers, one for each of the small cheeseburger Patties, making for an unwieldy bulky packaging.
Also, extra pickles to them only means 1 extra slice…. Kind ridiculous. We were hoping for just a few more than that.
Fork would have been much appreciated for the burgers without buns, but we didn’t ask for that. Maybe that’s on us 🤷♂️

the wait was about 10 minutes when we were the only ones in line at the drive through.
Whoever was working yesterday on April 30th 2023 needs to be trained better. Don’t waste those huge plastic trays, save the turtles. All you guys had to do was maybe put the 2 burgers into a much smaller cardboard container.
The food did tasted fine, but still. Think about packaging, don’t forget the napkins, and a 10 minute wait is just...
