Hardee’s — Restaurant in Zimmerman

I come here for lunch at least once a week for a cheeseburger. Well today I wasn’t as hungry so I just wanted a kids meal, so I order a kids cheeseburger meal with lettuce, pickle, ketchup and mayo. The guy repeats my order back and says “so you want a medium cheeseburger meal with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo?”. I said “no, i would like a kids cheeseburger meal with lettuce, pickle, ketchup and mayo”. and he tells me that he will have my total at the window. So I pull up to the window and hand him my card (he doesn’t say how much it was) and he hands me my bag and drink and I pull away. 1st thing I noticed is that my drink was a medium drink and not a kids meal drink. 2nd thing I noticed was that I paid $9.80 for my meal. and lastly the 3rd thing i noticed with that I didn’t get any fries in my bag. So i pull back through the drive through and tell the guy at the speaker again that I wanted a kids cheeseburger meal and that I didn’t get any fries.I pull back up to the window and I tell the guy that online it says that the kids meal is $4.79 and that I paid almost $10 for my meal. and the guy said “well that’s bc I wrung it up as a medium cheeseburger meal.” So once again, I said, I wanted a KIDS cheeseburger meal and the guy just kinda looked at me funny and just said “okay”. Hardees food is OK for fast food, but the service was a disaster. I ordered at 1:52 PM in the drive through. I paid and was told to pull ahead into the parking lot. There were 2 cars ahead of us. The drive through was clogged with cars, so that nobody else could order or pull forward, before the first lady got her food. A guy came out with a bunch of bags after 16 minutes, but had no idea what food went to what car. He handed bags to 2 cars, then I watched him carry our order back into the store. I went and asked for it and was told someone else had taken my order. Then, literally a minute later, he comes back out with our order claiming the other person had just returned it. We didn't get our order until 2:11 PM. How is almost 20 minutes fast food? IF a person did take it, then returned it, should I be given food that left with someone else? Our order was not special, just burgers, fries, and a chicken sandwich. After 20 minutes all we got was a "sorry about that" referring to the supposed order mix up, and NOTHING about the length...

Ok so it's 6/14/2024. We stopped at the Hardees in Zimmerman Mn on our way to the cabiin. We went to enter the restaurant and the door was locked this was a Friday at bout 6pm. A customer inside let us in. An employee promptly reprimanded the man for letting people into the lobby. A man already eating in the lobby spoke up asking the employees for the owners contact info or a corporate contact. The mgr on duty started argueing with the gentleman. Finally he was given some info. I had no idea we would be so unwelcome in this restaurant or we wouldn't have stopped. Unfortunately I love Frisco burgers. Hardee's was the 1st place I I worked in high school I remember the stress when buses would come in but we handled it.
