Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Zimmerman

This is actually for the Baskin robbins half of it. We stopped in Saturday got 2 small bowls and 1 small cone. Bowls had 1 scoop of ice cream. The cone had ice cream that juuuust barely came above the top of the cone. Which is good and fine if priced accordingly. $16 for what we got is not it. Maybe worth $10 for what you get.

This is our first BR experience so I don't know if it's par for the course or this employee is under scooping. But if you go look at their website, they show 1 big scoop of ice cream sitting above the cone. This was definitely not...

I walked in because I wanted the service and experience. Just me and one other gentleman there, he was already eating. I stood there for at least a minute and a half, and none of the 4 employees that I saw even looked at me. ( all on their phones. ) i even walked to the Baskin Robins part of the store and then walked back to try and order. Got 0 acknowledgment and left with nothing. I could not rate the subs, but obviously, the service and atmosphere were beyond bad. Will not even attempt...

Love this spot! The Jimmy John’s side is always super fast and the sandwiches are fresh every time. Staff is friendly and they get your order right, even when it’s busy.

And having a Baskin-Robbins right there? Game changer. Perfect way to treat yourself after lunch. The scoops are big and they’ve got all the good flavors.
