Chang Jiang Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Zion

I decided to try this restaurant on Nov 2, 2018. I placed an order to go, as I had family visiting me and we decided on take out. First off, I got there to pick up my order, got charged, then noticed that my order wasn't correct. I informed the cashier that the food given to me was not what I ordered. Turned out my order was given to another customer by mistake, so I had to wait for them to come back. Later on that night, as me and my family were eating the take out, my sister-in-law spit out a piece of fingernail from the sweet and sour chicken we had ordered! Disgusted my sister-in-law began to vomit! Everyone else stop eating whatever was on their plate. I boxed up everything that was left and had to come back the next day after work (as it was already close to their closing time). When I came back the next day with the remaining food (and the bagged fingernail), I explained what we found and what happened. I asked to receive a full refund because I was not satisfied at all with their service or their food! The cashier said that they could only give me a refund on the sweet and sour chicken because "that was the only thing wrong with the order, and everything else was fine." She refused to give me a full refund claiming that there was nothing wrong with the rest of the food. I explained to her that it was embarrassing to me to have guests over and have this happen, also that no one else felt comfortable eating the food after they saw the fingernail. I even asked her if she would feel comfortable continuing to eat after someone found a fingernail in their food? Which she refused to answer! Not only is this completely unsanitary, is it bothersome that instead of giving proper customer service, or at least offering a better solution to maintain a customer, they pretty much tried to deny any error on their part and do the minimum possible for the customer. TSuce leaked out of the paper bag all over my seat. I did not know that until I got home and tried to pick up the bag and up came the bag and the container stayed on the seat and I seen all the drippings from the paper bag. I told the first person on the phone that they should put their product in a plastic bag. I had ordered chicken vegetable fried rice, which I have bought there before, this was the worst tasting stuff I've ever had! The chicken was like Small pieces of rubber that's the only way I can explain it. When I call the store to tell him what happened with it leaking on my seat and about my food I had to talk to two different people. All they could tell me its the same chicken as in the lowmain my friend ordered. I called to complain about my chicken I did not taste my friends meal. The second lady sounded like the older lady was very rude. I don't care if it's the same or not I will never return to that Chinese restaurant. We moved to this area this past summer. We have went there about 6 times. Each time the food has gotten worse. The first time it was great and it is slowly plummeted into the ground. I don't like to walk into a place and see that they have deep fried food sitting in the basket already been cooked either warming in the middle basket or waiting to be dropped heat it up in the oil again. they lost my business for good...

This was for a carryout a few days ago. Let me start off by saying the staff was very nice and helped bring the food to the car for my mom, with that being said this is hands down the WORST I have every had from a restaurant. The worst out of it all was the Chicken Mei Fun, there were small bits of bones my mom had in the bit she scooped out. Not only is it gross but that's a health issue, the noodles were also very bland and possibly overcooked because they were over hydrated. Why is the broccoli so brown and deteriorated? freezer burn? Either way it was grotesque and the General Tsos chicken was completely covered in the syrupy gel of a sauce with a lack of taste as well as the horrible broccoli. IveI never had a wanton soup with a weird taste until that day. I wasn't even worried about the price but the experience is so dissatisfying I could never eat here again.
