Burger King — Restaurant in Zion

Never a good experience here . Always an issue of some sort. The wait time is crazy. Spent five minutes just trying to order food with long moments of silence between items, not comprehending what I'm requesting and the giving me a completely different total than on the screen. Finally get to the window to pay after waiting another ten minutes to get there, my order was incomplete. I ordered extra cheese to be put on two separate items. That is it. Didn't change the items I ordered, ordered them as they came and I literally just requested mottz cheese to be added to two different sandwiches. Was charged extra for the cheese which is fine. As I pull away to check my food I noticed neither sandwich had the cheese I requested and was charged for. I literally spent 20 minutes trying to get the easiest order on earth, that I literally just left and did without. Why didn't I check the food at the window? Not only did I wait crazy long, so did the five people behind me as well. I was over it. Every time I come to this store in particular, there is an issue with my order being messed up and the time to wait is crazy long. It was 3:00 p.m. On a Saturday. Definitely not a busy time for them. They are understaffed and have poor management. Do your self a favor and avoid this store entirely or just go to the one of off Lewis and York house for a fast,...

Did an online order for pickup and half our order is missing. Not exaggerating, half the order. So 2 people didn't get to eat and we paid for the food. I have called the store 7 times and no one is answering. I initially wasn't planning on going back the same day, however, since it was close by we were able to stop by within a couple hours. When i got there, I asked the manager about our order and she said since it was an app order there was nothing they could do, and said that I should have called the store. I showed her my call log but she did not belive me and did not refund or remake the missing part of the order. I'm not trying to swindle you out of a damn cheeseburger, but we just wanted our food or our money back. She told us we had to do it through the app. Burger king responded several days later and gave us a coupon for 10 off of 30, not even the value of the items that we were missing. I have also tried ordering doordash from this location and my order has never been correct. Just a very disappointing experience. There are some exceptional burger kings, and some really really low down bad ones. This is the worst one I have ever ordered from or had the displeasure of visiting. Do not order here, go to mcdonalds across the street down the road. Their service is much better and they actually give you the food...

This is my second time in coming to this Burger King . I had to wait 20minutes to get my food when going through the drive through. I had this issue a few weeks ago and all I could do was wait until the cars in front of me moved so that I could leave. I could not back out due to cars behind me. At that time did not get anything and instead went to McDonalds for quicker service. After tonight finding that the service is the same will not recommend this place. This place needs to have more on staff instead of the three people that I saw working there. Plus when getting my food by the time I got it and brought it home was cold. Please hire more staff. It is unacceptable in the service that I had gotten tonight and will not be coming back here any time soon. Just read the other reviews. They are truly right...
