Disgusted and Nasty! Found bugs in the food! Place is dirty!!!! My friend and I ordered a chicken sandwich and the steak skillet. We picked up the food and started eating. As my friend took her second bite she spit her food out and pointed out an earwig bug in her food. We immediately both stopped eating and I took the food back. Once there I asked for a manager and it took a minute to get someone’s attention. When she finally came out she asked what the problem was, I showed her the bug and at first she just looked at me confused. Once I repeated I wanted a refund she said it was fine. She instructed the other ladies to void the original transaction and charge me the other food. When I mentioned again I didn’t want the other food she got mad and kept repeating “come on you already started eating the food.” She tried to argue with me that the other food was fine and that I should pay for it. I told her that I was uncomfortable to eat the food since we found a bug in the other plate, I wasn’t going to wait to find one on my plate as well. She finally said “Wow! Ok! Fine! You know I once found a bug in my food at Red Lobster!” Like okay? I feel like she wanted me to be ok with bugs in her restaurants food! Then as she did the void she told me she was going to charge the drink. I agreed since I had actually drank the whole thing. The drink was like $3 and some change. Since I paid card she said “the minimum is $5 to charge a card so I’m just going to charge you that!” Without asking me if it was ok or not she proceeded. I told her to not charge the card and I paid cash. She’s rude and to my opinion disgusting. Charging my card without my ok and thinking finding bugs in the food is “normal”!!! Place is dirty never going...

So there was this time on Sunday Father’s Day I went with my wife to have breakfast and then the lady who was my waitress. I believe it’s the owner of manager and I only place one plate of breakfast because I already ate before then she didn’t even bring ketchup and that was all right to order something else right I’m not sure. I’m just gonna order one taco and she just left. I’m OK whatever after she left I’m like she didn’t even bring any ketchup and he saw that she was like OK fine then I Never purchased a taco because she never came back or it’s like saying like all you need you guys need anything? I’m not OK whatever after that she just get mad because I don’t leave her any tip. I’m like listen you never came back after you serve my food or anything so I’m like what type of tip do you want oh, you never let me tip before I’m like yes I have I’ve been here so many times with the rest of your waitresses you know I don’t think so. Then I’ll purchase today which 6/17/2025 some Chilaquiles and because I tell her what was going on she gots mad also I forgot my headset and she didn’t wanna give it back to me and I have like my headset location still there because I left it on the table the day. I was so mad because I was so hungry Then she goes like no I’m not gonna serve...

Went and we tried a few things. First I want to say the staff was fine. I in o way want to make them out to be bad. It was avg run of the mill service youd expect from a small restaurant. But I promise you everything we ordered tasted the same. Nothing had flavor except old grease. The guacamole was bland we needed to add a ton of S &P. The chicken taquitos tasted like pure grease. My burrito (paid extra for steak) had no seasoning. It legit tasted like un seasoned greasy hamburger. The burrito also had a ridiculous amount of beans in that a flour shell. ( and some more beans on the side..lol) The taco salad which was made with hamburger also lacked any real flavor and tasted like old used grease. We didn't say anything as we will never eat there again so no use in complaining. I know when the lady came to take our plates and saw 3/4 of my grande burrito was left and the appetizer still sitting there that we didnt want to take home, she knew what was up. But we chalked it up to a learning experience.. never again. Lol After reading reviews it sounded like a good place. I will also say I know it's a Thursday but we were literally the only 2 in there at 5pm. So the reason for my review is simply so others dont read these amazing reviews and also waste...
