Consistently terrible customer service. I love Dunkin’ but won’t be going to this establishment anymore. The young staff is awesome often rude and not welcoming and I have had issues with getting the wrong items on more than one occasion. All of this compounded with the awful experience I had today has lead me to writing a review and giving up on this Dunkin’. I had placed an order on the Dunkin’ app (which needs some work too) when my mother went to pick it up on her way over they told her that they didn’t have he order. She showed them the confirmed order from the app and they said “nope not here maybe it’s another Dunkin’ location” she showed them the address on the order and the cashier told her it wasn’t that Dunkin’. My mom exits the store and checks the address sure enough she was in the right location. The cashier didn’t even know the correct address. She went back in and told the cashier who then said “oh I found it, it just came through “ wrong! It had been well over 20 minutes since I had placed and confirmed the order. She then proceeded to tell my mother it was her fault for going in the store when the order stated she would pick it up in the drive thru. Really?!? She went in because the line was extremely long in the drive thru. They start making the food now my mom is stuck there waiting for the food (which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead of time). I had also asked my mom to get a receipt to make sure I was charged properly for the 2 for $5 sandwiches, which is a special if ordered through the app. They did not give her a receipt so when she asked they told her that she doesn’t get one, she just gets “the sticker on the bag”. Read moreI had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru for a simple order: a Box O' Joe, 10 munchkins, and a muffin. Since the line wasn’t moving and I had already paid, I decided to go inside to pick it up while my husband pumped gas. That’s when things got even worse.
An employee handed me my order and, in a passive-aggressive tone, told me that next time I need to come inside to order something like that because I had “held up the line.” I was honestly shocked. I calmly replied that I didn’t know that was a rule, and she snapped back with, “Yes, that’s why I’m letting you know,” in a tone that was both rude and completely uncalled for.
Let me be clear — this is not the first time I’ve ordered a Box O’ Joe and some snacks at a Dunkin’, and I’ve never been told that it’s a problem. If it really is such a big issue, there should be a sign at the drive-thru or the employee should’ve said something when they took the order — not scold me after making me wait half an hour.
To top it all off, they didn’t even give me my full order. The employee was so busy blaming me and embarrassing me in front of other customers that she forgot to include everything I paid for.
I try to be patient and understanding, but blaming the customer for your lack of efficiency and poor communication is just unprofessional and unacceptable. I left frustrated, disrespected, and short-changed — and I won’t be...

However, the way the "Manager" at this location named "Erika" literally yelled at me this morning through the drive up speaker over a product they no longer carry yet I was able to order through the app was so disturbing, here I am sharing what should be 0 stars.
Mind you, I could care less about the product, I am easy breezy .. so much so that multiple missed items from this location over the years and I literally never complained .. funny enough, another missed item along with the outburst from the "Manager" was my thank you for frequenting this location today.
