If you’re bored of typical Uruguayan food, this is the place to go. I confess that I did not love the flavours, but they were definitely interesting. I think the appetizers are a bit larger than normal - had they been smaller (and slightly cheaper), I would have ordered more. If I had gone in a small group and was able to share more plates, I probably would have found more to like. La verdad que quedé muy sorprendido con este lugar. Ya tenía expectativas muy altas dado lo que vi en su página de Instagram, pero la verdad que me voy con una sorpresa muy agradable.

Arrancando por el lugar, es precioso. Que la cocina ocupe gran parte del local y que esté a la vista me parece la mejor decisión de todas.

El servicio excelente, nos trataron super bien y nos recomendaron platos.

La comida es realmente el punto fuerte. Experimentan con sabores y combinaciones muy osadas para el público uruguayo y esa osadía está perfecto. Pude probar cosas que nunca pensé encontrar en Uruguay. El tartar de ojo de bife es fantástico. Los camarones con kiwi es otra combinación buenísima, el arroz con leche fue una muy linda sorpresa de como estaba preparado, me encantó. Lo único que cambiaría un poco es la lasagna de cordero, estaba un poco seca en los bordes y un poco dorada de más, con un poco menos de horno para el recalentado hubiera estado muy bien. También con una salsa fresca o algo alimonado podría terminar de redondear el plato.

En fin me voy super contento y con ganas de volver a probar más. Que tengan cartas estacionales me parece sumamente apreciable y muestra la calidad y seriedad con la que se toman este negocio. Espero que por favor sigan manteniendo este...
