We have reserved a table two days ago. Place is easy to find. Hosts are awesome. Specially Naty. She speaks good English. Their warmth and attentiveness make you feel welcoming the moment you arrive until you leave. They ensure that every need is met with a smile and a genuine desire to enhance your dining experience.

We stumbled upon Carbonada by chance while walking around the neighborhood, and I’m so glad we did. This place is truly a hidden gem—cozy, welcoming, and full of charm.

They have a great selection of beers, especially if you enjoy red or dark varieties, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent—my pasta had the perfect texture and rich, satisfying flavor. You can really tell they put care into what they serve.

The staff don’t speak much English, but that didn’t stop them from being incredibly kind and attentive. They worked hard to help us navigate the menu and checked on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was just right.

We went there for Christmas Eve. I don´t know if it´s because of the fact that it was one of the only places around open that night, and the owners thought it was their opportunity to take advantage of it and make some easy money, but it was totally overpriced and understaffed, Very long wait for some below average quality food in small portions, very hard to get a drink as the staff was constantly super busy and systematically forgetting the orders, The wine that was include in the menu was definitely bad and made us sick without any abuse of it. We don't blame the staff as they were really working hard and doing their best. Felt like be there that night was more about status than quality. Better...
