I’ve had decent experiences here in the past, but this recent visit was really disappointing. I bought a loaf of bread and specifically asked the staff if it was freshly prepared. The guy went to the back, came out smiling, and confidently told me it was just made. When I got home and opened it, we found mold on the bread. At first, I thought it was just the whole grains… but no, it was clearly mold. I returned with a photo, and all I got was a casual “Oh, I see. Well, thanks.” No apology, no responsibility, no offer to fix the issue. The food is usually good, but the lack of accountability and care from the staff was really disappointing.
