We were not expecting the four seasons in Monte Carlo but at £60+ per night I think there is a minimum of what someone expects and it should include bottled water in the room, more than one supermarket coat hanger in the wardrobe and curtains which are properly fitted. The mattress doubled up as a butchers block. ||We had a room on the ground floor which was almost directly opposite the reception area. The wifi was patchy at best. The breakfast was extensive and delicious and the staff were warm...
