We had visited the place earlier for lunch and absolutely loved the ambience, service, and food. We decided to return for dinner on a Friday night.

However, when we arrived, the lady at the counter asked if we had a reservation—which we didn’t. What struck us as odd was that, instead of checking for any available options, she immediately said they were fully booked. We’ve been to the best trip advisor rated restaurants in Samarkand like Samarkand and Emirhan and were kind of disappointed. Hands down Chapon was the highlight of our trip. Amazing food, service and vibes. Wish we found this earlier and didn’t end up in the tourist trappy places. 100% recommend for anyone travelling here.
