We had dinner here based on the good reviews and we were thoroughly disappointed. It’s started yesterday when we called for the reservation and asked if they had plov and if we needed to preorder it. They said on the phone that we could just order it when we sat down. So we came today and sat down, asked about plov and we were told they don’t have it at all. They don’t make it because their menu is European.

So we went on to order. The lemonade tasted like something from a carton. I ordered filet mignon steak medium well and it arrived totally well done, cold and with a Demi glacé sauce that was also cold. We complained and said it was cold. It went away and came back marginally warmer but there was no sauce. Then we waited almost 15 min for my husbands meal. For a nice restaurant I would expect them to time the meals better so that we can eat together as a family. I complained and asked to speak to the manager. I asked why the demi glacé sauce was cold as it doesn’t make sense to put a cold sauce on a hot meal. He insisted it was correct. I asked him to check with the chef and he came back to say that that’s how it’s supposed to be. It was completely disappointing. The manager said we could have something on the house and I said I’d like my meal on the house. When the bill came, they charged us for everything. We just wanted to get out of there and not deal with it so we just paid for the worst meal we’ve had...

I visited here with my friend and the staff at the entry was very gentle and welcoming. They took our reservation for the next day, since they didn’t have space for that moment. On the next night we had a very disappointing dining experience: slow ruse service, cold food, and pushy tipping.

We went for our 9:30pm reservation and it wasn't as crowded anymore yet the service was atrocious. Our server had an attitude but we let it slide since we thought he might be having a bad night. He actually talked without looking at us made bad faces and noises of disapproval, when I asked him for the wifi he practically tried to take my phone from my hand on a sudden move, I told him to wait, I opened the wifi list of networks and gave it to him, so after he clicked the password he threw my phone on the table. He was trying to avoid us and other nice waiters sometimes attended. About the main topic: he food came late and cold. We ordered Salmon and couscous, steak and mashed potatoes for our main plus soup, appetizer, entree etc. and the only thing we liked was their mashed potatoes. Since the restaurant was closing by 11, they informed us and we had to rush and finish our food. The bill came and the rude waiter quietly mentioned multiple times that the tip is not included which seems a bit excessive.

The place surely has a nice ambiance to it, just wasn't the best experience and I wouldn’t...

Horrible service. We called ahead and were told it was fully booked. When we arrived, the terrace was full, but the main hall had several free tables. We sat there, but the live music was unbearably loud. We asked several times to change tables, but the staff were unhelpful.

As the terrace remained full and the noise indoors was excessive, we were about to leave when we noticed another dining room—quiet and with plenty of free tables—so we moved there, asking to be notified if a terrace table became available.

Service remained poor throughout dinner. I am vegetarian and ordered a cheese plate, but was brought a chicken plate instead, with the explanation that they had run out of cheese. We sent it back, and minutes later they managed to serve the cheese plate after all—unacceptable.

During the meal, we saw free terrace tables through the window, yet no one informed us or offered to move us, despite our earlier requests. After dinner, we asked to have our beers outside, but were told again that all tables were taken. I went out to speak directly with the terrace manager, who happily offered us a table—contradicting what the indoor staff had just said.

In summary, the service consisted of young, inexperienced, and poorly trained staff, resulting in an uncomfortable and...

Came here for dinner since we stayed across the street. The drinks were good, caprese salad appetizer was delicious, so I figured the filet mignon I ordered would follow suit. This is essentially what they dropped in front of me. From my steak knowledge, that cut is not filet mignon. That’s most likely eye of round. It also was cooked medium well, or even well done. So I poured all the sauce on it to help the dryness which it didn’t. I wanted to push through and eat it but because it was so dry and overcooked, I could not. I asked the waiter about the cooked level and he said that “all of their meats are cooked medium well” so in that case I said okay I’ll just eat it. Not sure if I’d go back knowing their meats are cooked medium well. My partners meal was good though so maybe just avoid the steaks if you come here.

We went to have dinner with my family. The atmosphere is very nice, not extremelly loud music and confortable tables. Menu with pictures which helps. The food was good indeed, but the service ruined the experience. None of the two waiters in our area spoke English (the boy not even uzbeck, only Russian), the lady disappeared for most of the evening and the boy made zero efforts to help us (I even asked him for the bill in my poor Russian and he pretended not to understand). I asked the manager to remove the 5€ service from the bill because it ruined the evening. They also made a huge mistake when they forgot about our son's burgers. We ate a tomato salad (peeled tomatoes and onion), quesadillas (they have not seen a quesadilla in their lives, but it was tasty), shrimps (good) and 2 somsa (good as well).
