I recently visited and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The atmosphere itself was decent, but the hospitality was far from acceptable. The staff were extremely unwelcoming and showed a complete lack of respect for the guests. Instead of feeling relaxed and appreciated, I was met with an attitude that made me uncomfortable throughout my visit. The staff seemed more focused on their own conversations than providing any meaningful service. At one point, I felt like I was being ignored even though I had a request. It's really unfortunate because the place has potential in terms of ambiance and the hookah itself, but the poor customer service completely overshadowed the experience. On the second last day in Tashkent, I was lucky to discover Mrta Platinum, and I must say it’s the best spot we’ve experienced in the city. Everything, from the shisha to the food and drinks, was simply perfect.

The service is top-notch, with a great blend of flavours in both the dishes and shisha. The shisha host, who truly knows his craft and ensures an exceptional experience.

My husband and I were strolling along Seoul Mun when we passed by Myata Platinum. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable.
