Al Anvar — Hotel in Tashkent

My stay at Al Anvar Hotel was marked by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Every team member I interacted with was not only courteous and welcoming but also spoke fluent English, which made communication seamless and pleasant.

One point of consideration for future guests: the hotel has recently adopted a payment system that only accepts cards requiring a PIN. As a result, most American credit cards without PIN functionality may not be accepted. I encountered this issue during my stay, but I am deeply grateful to the hotel manager, who worked diligently to find a solution. Ultimately, I was able to assist by covering a hotel grocery expense using my card, and in a generous gesture of appreciation, the hotel provided a complimentary fruit platter. Their flexibility and thoughtfulness were greatly appreciated.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My only suggestion would be to provide larger pillows for enhanced comfort.

Additionally, guests should note that although the top floor is labeled as a lounge or terrace, it was nonexistent.

Nice stay. It is a modern property. Very clean rooms and very professional and kind staff. Today I checked out at 4 am and the process was very smooth with a very professional night shift clerk. My experience in other hotels in Tashkent was very poor in these situations.
