This place used to be great, but it seems to have gone downhill after a recent staff change. The service has become clumsy and inexperienced, as I’ve noticed on my last couple of visits. Just yesterday, I stopped by at 8 a.m. to meet a friend. The lights were on, people were inside, and it looked open. But when I walked in, a young employee told me they were closed for the day to clean. A simple 'Closed for Cleaning' sign would have avoided the confusion. Other Bon chains are good. This one is bad. I have ordered chicken soup which was salty and crepe with tomato and cheese. The tomatoes were with peel so i have to remove each and cheese not chewable rubber. They said I should have told tomatoes to be without peel. Loool. They said that waiter has to pay if I'm cancelling crepe. In all other Bon cafes they just cancel the order, but here until I insisted they kept saying that waiter pays for the crepe if i don't pay 😆 at the end i only paid...
