Lapita is a family-owned spot in Port Vila. They use local produce like manioc, taro, bananas and Nagae nuts, all sourced from rural farmers. The food is fresh and full of Melanesian culture.

They also have gluten-free cookies, locally made sunscreen, and even offer outside catering—just reach out to them. The owner is passionate about her country, heritage, and local businesses.

I should also mention how it’s name Lapita (tradition)- is the heritage of the first Pacific navigators who spread culture, farming, and pottery across Oceania.
