Went earlier in the day to book for dinner & was told not required. So walked there in the dark & rain to be told they'd had a VIP booking in the meantime so no time to serve us. Couldn't believe the rudeness & lack of hospitality. Asked for the manager to be told he wasn't there but it was an obvious lie. Asked to see the chef as we only wanted 2 mains & knew what we wanted but she said no & seemed afraid to even ask. Last night we had a great experience at MK. We were invited by lovely friends into a private room. The room is very pleasant, clean and has a good atmosphere! The waitresses kept coming with delicious dishes, which were shared around on the big lazy suzy.
