Brasserie — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience yesterday afternoon at this restaurant.

After being welcomed and served politely by a waiter, a waitress approached me with surprising hostility and a clear lack of professionalism. She questioned my order in a cold, interrogative tone, even though the waiter had already taken it.

The moment I finished my meal, she grabbed the plate without saying a word and immediately brought me the bill as if she couldn’t wait for me to leave. I told her I would pay by card, and she pointed with her finger and said, “Miss, this way!”, giving me direct orders to stand up and go pay.

I told her I would pay in 5 or 10 minutes, but she repeated, “Miss, this way! Miss this way!!”, again and again, with a sharp and aggressive tone, as if she was ordering me to get up and get out. Her body language made it absolutely clear.

I found her behavior incredibly rude, humiliating, and absolutely inappropriate. I responded firmly and put her back in her place because that’s exactly what she deserved.

This kind of attitude, likely driven by jealousy or internal conflict, has no place in customer service. Customers go to restaurants to relax not to be rushed, humiliated, or treated with contempt. It wasn't even busy when we came here to eat. We were seated once we arrived, but nobody came to serve us or even give us a menu. 15 min later, 2 other young women came in and were immediately given menus and seated. After another 10 minutes of not even being acknowledged, my aunt approached an employee in the front about getting assistance ordering food, and they directed us to order from the kitchen window where servers were picking up food. Please note, this was not self service, not the buffet. Finally after waiting a few more minutes, we decided to leave. even taking the fact that it`s a food place inside a theme park into consideration this place is just bad...

a lot of the meals and drinks were not available for whatever reasons and we went for lunch around 1 p.m., so it can't be that they already sold everything

we ordered 3 dishes and all 3 came at different times, so not much of eating together

the size of the burger itself was fine, sadly the small basket of fries was just filled to 1/2 and the fries tasted like they had been prepared hours ago
