We were here for the buffet. First the better aspect of this is their service. Although it was clear they were understaffed and were very stressed, I can see they are trying their best but it meant it was quite challenging to get any real service. And the cleanliness was suspect. I was waiting for them to clean the table that just been made available, I was a cringing at the rush and clearly it wasn’t really clean enough. Wet wipes here we go. Next, the food actually tastes pretty decent. However the buffet is really small in terms of selections. So really you don’t get the feeling you paid for the variety and choice. You only have pretty much two short lines of hot food. There was hit and miss. For instance the pork leg broth was good. However the pink guava sliced fruit was pretty much inedible as being not ripe at all. Hard as rock. Atmosphere was hectic and chaotic. Toilets were a mess. In fact it was better (as I suggested and found out to be true) for my party to use the common facilities outside rather than inside this restaurant. Not...
Read moreThe food was mediocre and cold. Honestly, the food by street-vendors around Danang tasted better!
The atmosphere felt like a food court/mess hall and noisy but bearable.
The service was horrendous!!! This is not the first and only buffet restaurant we have visited in many countries so we were even more shocked especially since it's by Mecure. The table staff were clearing our plates while we were still eating! My cutlery was placed in an inverted V and all decent restaurants know that means the diner is on a break. Even if they didn't know, a table staff wouldn't just clear the plate just because we laid down our cutlery! They would ask first! Then on another occasion, they cleared our entire table because we walked away to get coffee. We came back to our table with someone else already seated at it. This is a buffet restaurant- diners will leave and come back to their table because it is self-service. The management should get a grip on it and how to manage...
Read moreThe food was mediocre—not bad, but not great. During busy times, refills, especially for fruit and ice-cream, tend to be slow. Breakfast was notably better than dinner.
The queue management was poorly organized, with no priority given to guests with dinner buffet coupons or Accor members, which would have significantly improved the experience.
The atmosphere resembled a noisy food court or mess hall, though the noise level was somewhat tolerable.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful. While a bit expensive, it is located in a tourist destination, so higher prices are expected. However, the upcharge options for unlimited soft drinks and alcohol were not worth it.
