Kichi Kichi Nguyen Van Linh — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

I came is a few weeks ago thinking that this is a really good experience. There are 3 options to choose from, food is affordable and the atmosphere is nice although a little cramped. I came in 2 weeks later, excited to come back when the staff seated us and told us that there is a price change. The original 169K price now no longer included any beef option. Well, daunting but I digress, who am I to judge a restaurant for increasing the price. However, the problem is that it’s all words by mouth by the employee. The menu hasn’t been updated (still said 4 types of beef for 169k price point). The advertisement outside still guarantees 70+ options. At this point, don’t change the price until it actually reflects it in your system. I then called 3 other location for a price check and all of their staffs said different things. Some only have 295k option because it’s still lunch. Others still haven’t made any change. The inconsistency doesn’t add up. Honestly at 295k and up, I rather go to a place and order my own plate of meat at higher quality. Addition when my husband made a review about it, we got a generic response of “please provide us feedback in this additional link”. As if our review here is not enough, now we have to do more work for you? Should we tell you how to run business too? I would never go back here again, really just feel...

Unique experience in that there’s a conveyor belt of hot pot food items. It’s good that you get what you can eat anytime without having to flag someone down. The Tom yum soup was amazing as well as the dipping sauce.

Service was good and they tried to explain it to me in how it all works. If you don’t speak Vietnamese, all you need to really do is point at the picture on the menu. Should be fine.

I read some of the reviews and it baffles me sometimes. One guy had diarrhea. Self inflicted if you don’t cook your food thoroughly. Use another set of chopsticks to handle raw meat. Questionable food items? How about you don’t eat it. Hot pot 101.

The bill was 835k for a family of four. We also ordered beer and water so the price is relatively fair.

Ripped us off! DO NOT EAT HERE!! My family and I came here for dinner. Food was ok and service was non existent. We paid by debit and they said it didn't go thru. They tried our Visa and they said it didn't go thru either. We ended up paying by cash. When we got home that evening and checked our accounts online, the cards did in fact get charged TWICE. So we were charged THREE times. We came in twice now and they keep saying the bank will refund us and refuses to reverse the charge or give us any sort of refund. Very unapologetic and not helpful.
