Food/Drinks: We got the Oolong Jasmine milk tea, Oolong milk tea, Matcha Coconut latte, and a passionfruit cake. The Oolong Jasmine had a very fragrant Jasmine flavor with some hints of Oolong and was a favorite. The Oolong had a more roasted flavor and was my personal favorite. The matcha coconut was more milk than matcha flavor but had delightfully crispy coconut pieces inside. The passionfruit cake was fluffy and a bit on the sweeter side (but not too sweet) Service: We went at around 2pm on a Tuesday and didn't have to wait to order but the drinks took some time to be ready, though the place was packed so that's understandable. The store manager struck up a conversation with us and was overall very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere: Modern, clean, and earthy decor. Given the seeming popularity of the place, the vibe is more of bustling coffee shop which is fine but can be too loud for some. Cleanliness of washrooms: (3/5) The washrooms could use more cleaning but we're...

Read moreI ordered a take away (mang về) matcha. The menu show that the take-away is in canned form. Not the cashier’s fault for not informing me, because he’s probably not trained to do that, but they gave me a to go cup filled with ice. Had I not order it to drink later, it wouldn’t matter, but I needed it to stay in the fridge and it’s simply did not match my expectations. They said they’ll strain out the ice, but again, that’s doesn’t solve the solution. The manager got involved and said that they can’t change anything. I had to clarify with him that it’s just doesn’t match the expectation compared to what is really on the menu, he then agrees to give me the can if I put a 50k difference. I did, only to find out that they also didn’t put the boba I paid for in it neither when I got home. The management team needs...
