I have travled over 20 countries, and this is by far one of the worst places I have been in the entire world. Twice across two stays -- a year apart -- ive made an order that an hour later has yet to arrive, even though 20 people are on staff and less than 5 customers are on site. Avoid. It. And bring food to this hotel because beyond breakfast your options are extremely limited and embarrassingly overpriced.

Overpriced food items which were not authentic across multiple cuisines (Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese) - probably better off sticking to a single cuisine and doing it properly. Nice location facing the waterfront but quality of food left much to be desired.
Kids highchairs need an overhaul - old / poor design made it pretty impossible for children to sit in it and have a proper meal at the table.

There is no air conditioning in the restaurant so the doors are left open which let in flies.
