Save your money and order from Grab or go out. I’m vnd1.75m poorer, after items were removed, and my family had a terrible experience. Do not expect to eat together. Meals were brought out in stages, 20-30 mins apart. Husband’s pork tonkatsu was tough and hard. My sons enjoyed their eel rice and pork konkatsu. Shame it arrived 30 mins apart. My daughter’s chicken tikka masala (in reality a generic chicken curry) was ok but arrived last and an hour after the first meal arrived. I cancelled my order 30 mins into our meal when I could see the kitchen was struggling to get food out and the quality was inconsistent. I got a complimentary basket of stale bread as an apology. I sent it back. I wish I had something positive to say, but I don’t. The poor front of house team apologised profusely and I felt bad they were taking the brunt of the poor running of the kitchen. To top it off, my mojito was a lime/mint soda, no booze to take the edge off my frustration.

This is not the first time to dine at this place, but I’m thoroughly disappointed this time. First of all, no water given to the customer, that’s ok. The killer is I was too trusting, I read the menu and the ingredients for each item. I see chilli is listed if it’s contained in the dish. The fish my partner wanted didn’t have chilli in it so I just ordered without double confirming. The dish came with chilli sauce smothered over the chicken. Please please please, serve the sauce on the side, don’t mix it, and mention it has chilli on your menu.

Lots of food options, but can be quite pricey for dinner a la carte. Food was okay. Nothing too special. Some items were tastier than others. Service was slow. I wish they had bread or something for appetizers before entrees (which took longer than expected). The breakfast was good. Lots of food options too. Again, service was bad on this part.
