Our delivered Wine glasses had food and lip marks on and in them. Totally gross. Disgusting. Waitress poured the wine and she looked inside and pulled something out and put them in front of us. I was a bit taken back. I went to clean them and realised how gross the glasses were. We did not drink. It Took 10 people and manager and finally owner by phone to acknowledge the problem. Finally they brought out clean glasses but refused to replace or credit us correctly for the wine they tipped out down the sink with the grotty wine glasses. They were disgusting. I tried to clean thinking it was ice frost. But it was greasy shot all over them. Nobody speaks English. Finally owner talked to us on the phone and even she still argued but finally they agreed to not charge us as we had not drunk anything. Only offered us 10% credit. Get lost. 20% was tipped down the sink. Finally the New glasses were placed on the table and we are now well over halfway through eating dinner without wine. Finally resolved as I ate my last mouthful with my wife talking to the business owner on the phone who was also belligerent towards us. Giving us a hard time. . What a disaster. Plus. Ordering was a mess. Missed recording my selection of Calamari. Got it sorted. Chewy as hell. Impossible to eat. Gave up 3/4 way through. Not enough seafood sauce etc for the meal provided. The service is excellent, the beer is excellent, the food is excellent, the atmosphere is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. They have seating both inside and outside.

Beer Hub in Da Nang is my go-to spot for craft beer and great food. This is hands down my favorite beer bar in the city. They offer a wide selection of imported beers, especially the IPA from East West Brewing Co., which has a rich and refreshing flavor.
