Sushi Ya — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

I just ordered food from this location via Grab. When my food arrived, my sushi and sashimi were warm to the touch and had condensation developing in the packaging. When we took off the packaging lid, it smelled so strong of fish we didn't risk eating anything.

Our seaweed salad smelled very fishy and was warm. Our miso soup looked like they gave us a half portion, barely any broth, and no flavor. We took one sip and tossed it because it wasn't even hot. We took maybe 1-2 bites of some of the hot food items, which were lukewarm, and threw away everything. Complete waste of money.

Total, 100% Ripoff! Look at the photos and decide for yourselves if this is acceptable.

The photos show they have a total disregard for honesty and fairness.

The only conclusion is that they are cheating.

They proved that, trying to cover up, to get away with, selling this small portion by changing the photo of the dish AFTER I complained.

Look at the photo. 100k for five tablespoons of curry with a handfull of rice.

They operate in the tourist area, and I can only guess that allows them to serve customers in a way that locals would...

Ordered sushi set and some rolls through grab. Everything was packed normally, the seafood was fresh and tasty. Rice was cooked properly, everything was prepared pretty well. Not something amazing but it’s good.

The slight improvement they might need is to separate hot rolls from cold ones, not just by containers but the entire bag so the cold ones don’t get warmer faster. It was fine when arrived but could be much better. It’s a basic rule. Also would be nice to add better description. Overall, I would order again and maybe even visit...
