NguyenHuong Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Never, never book this hotel! This hotel shows fake information. I booked a 20m² room, but they gave me a 16m² room including bathroom area. It's not even listed in the booking information. The room information itself is likely fake. You need to check the size before check in. Or just forget about it for booking in this hotel. I just checked in and went out for work and went into the hotel room at night time, but it was so small that I didn't have room to unpack. I took a shower in the morning and there were no towels. I noticed that this room is a wrong one in the morning and told them, but they didn't do anything for me. Don't try to book. NEVER!

Their answer is another lying too. They sent txt when I work outside far from hotel in the late afternoon, like a free gift to me. Never told me there's a fault or fake information. If I knew that I need to get back to hotel for changing the room. But they lied again. All fake. NEVER...

Our worst, most unprofessional hotel experience in Vietnam.

Having arrived in the middle of a night we were denied a room despite having a confirmed reservation. First, the staff told us that there are no free rooms left (even though they saw our reservation in the system). Then, after talking to another person, they changed their mind and said there is a free room but we have to pay about 4 times more for it. We felt like just being scammed and declined to pay that much more. Finally, another person came (the manager?), going back to the "no free rooms left" version, and offered literally a couch on the yard instead of the room!

We ended up wasting an hour on pointless discussions at 2 A. M. (using a translator, because the personnel wasn't speaking English at all contrary to the claims in the hotel description) and needing to find another accommodation in the middle...

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Hotel!( NGUYEN HƯƠNG)From the moment I checked in the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive,ensuring that every aspect of my visit was perfect. The room was beautiful appointed and spotless, offering all the comfort at home. Coffee shop was romantic and delight wit delicious drinks and exemplary service.Every staff member I encountered was helpful and genuinely friendly , making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for to notch service and a truly memorable experience. Five stars...
