Wonderful food, excellent value for money and a lovely family that run the restaurant. I highly recommend this place for vegetarian and vegan food in Da Nang. We had been on a train all day and not eaten much for breakfast or lunch so had 5 different dishes to share and each one was delicious. When we explained to the owner about our train journey (so he didn’t think we were just very greedy) he gave us an extra bowl of rice and spring roll for free and after we got chatting to him (he speaks good English) he also gave us a yummy free desert to share. Found this little gem of a restaurant, because it is located near our bnb - tucked away in a small alley (p.s. the same alley also boast another vegetarian restaurant, Shala Vegan House).

About Com Chay Dieu Hoa. Run by a friendly Vietnamese couple, seatings are simple but clean and they serve vegan food without allium! The owner speaks a little English and with wifi connection, you can always Google the Vietnamese only menu to get a feel of what you are ordering.

We ordered the pho and brown rice with vegetables. Love the pho, subtle yet delicious flavours. The brown rice is also nice, but tastes healthy/maybe a bit plain for those looking for strong flavour.

Went in March'24. Found this place right next to where we stayed. It's small cafe run by an old (but young at heart) cute Vietnamese couple who speak little English but are very genuine and helpful. We went there twice and tried the following items - Macaronies soup, bánh bao, veg spring rolls, pho, lotus sesame milk. We have had spring rolls many times in India but never have had the satisfaction the way we did there. They demonstrate very sweetly how to eat things together and make you feel at home!
