5 stars – I almost cried. This pizza is pure joy.
I don’t write reviews often, but this pizza moved me. From the moment I opened the box, I knew I was in for something special. The aroma alone hit me with waves of nostalgia and excitement – the kind of feeling you get when you’re about to experience something truly memorable.
And then I saw it. A thin, beautifully baked crust layered with delicate prosciutto, fresh basil leaves, glistening cherry tomatoes… and right in the center, like a crown jewel, a perfect ball of creamy burrata. My heart actually skipped a beat ❤️.
The first bite? Unreal. The saltiness of the prosciutto, the sweet burst of the tomatoes, the herbal freshness of the basil – and that burrata… oh my god. When I cut into it, the creamy center melted into the pizza, creating this rich, luxurious mouthfeel that I can still taste just thinking about it. It’s not just food. It’s an experience. A love letter to Italian flavors.
This pizza didn’t just satisfy my hunger – it made me feel something. It reminded me that food can be emotional, that it can connect you to something bigger – culture, passion, craftsmanship.
If you’re anywhere near this place, don’t think. Just go. You won’t forget it. Chef’s kiss – truly...
Read morethis place on Google maps def is not it. however there is a sign saying it is the place via delivery only... It's a straight up farm house n inside I do see the delivery bags 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Edit: So after seeing the picture on Google I decided to punch in the hotel next to it n sure enough it was nowhere near where Google told me to go... so off I went only to find it is now mimi sushi n pizza or something. My girl said look on fb so I did n the location was near to the first location but down the street so off I went nnn... nada. So I called n it turns out it is only a delivery place no brick n mortar 🤦🏻♂️. So now I'm just waiting for my food at mimi's 🤣 hope it's good. As for the owner asking wat else made me unhappy... nothing but you should update the site n let people know the restaurant no longer exist 🤷🏻♂️.
Edit#3: So I'm realizing mimi n chorio used to be somehow connected but now it's simply mimi that owns the brick n mortar n the food is great. Got a 99k carbonara n a 200k calzone...
Read moreI am sitting here listening to Johnny Cash eating delicious pizza and enjoying time with my family. What more could I ask for? We had the pepperoni pizza with added bacon, and the Napoleana pizza and both were excellent. The crust is medium thickness but crispy like a thin crust. The ingredients were top quality. The owner was engaging, humorous and friendly.
The restaurant lies at the end of a small street, colocated with the owner's home, but it is certainly worth the visit. Google maps will get there, so don't get discouraged that it's a bit off the beaten path. Another customer took a Grab bike here, and the driver found it OK. Attached is a photo of the street and the house, so you can recognize you're on the right path 😀. Google reviews led me to try this, and I'm glad I did. I bet...
