This is the only Korean chicken restauant that specialize in oven baked chicken. They also have fried chicken, but I come here for the oven baked chicken. They have a few different style, but garlic baked is good. They have 3 locations in Hanoi, and a few in HCM. However, I found out the owner in Hanoi is different than the owner in HCM. The price is HCM is lower and have option of small and big size. Hanoi only have one size same as small in HCM, but price is more than 30% higher. There are many staff, but they need to improve their service. Not only they cannot speak English, but I had to ask for the sauces before they give them. Their rice wine with mango and pineapple was good. Worth trying this restauant if you like chicken but not deep fried.

When we came, no people was waiting for food, total 6 people included us. But they become late more than 30 minutes for one type of dish order . Food was not tasty according the money. With that money you can get better taste outside. Didn’t have knife to cut chicken also . One thing was good that is WiFi .

Đồ ăn ở đây khá là ngon, gà không bị quá ngấy và sốt đậm đà. Nhân viên phục vụ lúc đầu cũng thân thiện với bọn mình, nhưng sau đấy cách xử lý sự việc của các bạn nhân viên làm mình thất vọng. Mình ăn với bạn và còn thừa khoảng một đĩa gà, cả hai đồng ý nhờ bạn nhân viên đóng hộp cho bọn mình mang về, và bạn nhân viên ý đã rất nhanh nhẹn mang đĩa đi. Nhưng đợi tầm 15 phút vẫn không thấy bạn ý mang lại đồ cho bàn mình, mình đã nghĩ là đi ra cửa thì nhân viên sẽ đưa sau. Nhưng đến lúc mình hỏi các bạn nhân viên thì bạn nhân viên phụ trách đã đưa nhầm hộp đấy cho một khách hàng khác từ 15 phút trước đấy, và không có một ý định bồi thường tiền ăn của bọn mình. Các bạn ấy lấy lí do là đang đông khách nên mong mình thông cảm. Khi mình hỏi hoàn tiền vì chỗ đấy cũng phải được một đĩa đầy, thì bạn nhân viên không có ý định bồi thường mà chỉ xin lỗi (khá to) khiến mọi người xung quanh bắt đầu tập trung sự chú ý đến bọn mình. MÌnh xin phép đc rate phục vụ ở đây thiếu chuyên nghiệp, và hi vọng Donchicken rút kinh...
