Hai Xom Beer Restaurant — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Been in Hanoi for over a week and have eaten in various restaurants around the place. This has got to be the worst. Asked for Tiger Beer, they brought a glass of some pale stuff whiuch tasted like watered down beer. I asked for a bottle instead which they then brought to me. I ordered chicken dish which was mainly bone and any meat on the bone was dry and inedible. The rice was also very dry, so the meal was basically terrible, mainly bone, chicken legs and the chicken head. To top it off, it was one of the most expensive meals I have had here. Would not recommend this place at all when there are heaps of good eateries around Hanoi. This aint...

Poor service, food and hygiene. The pork and beef dishes were gamey and tough. Staff started sprinkling soap water and sweeping the floor around our table while we were still eating. The utensils provided were not throughly cleaned, food crust were seen on the spoon provided. The food served looked different from the menu as well. Would not recommend this place, especially if you do not speak Vietnamese. The staff do not speak english and a particular female staff raised her voice when we did not understand...

Nhân viên quên order của khách, khách đợi đói chờ 30 phút gọi điện lại giục thì nv ko bắt máy. Khách đợi 15 phút tiếp gọi lại nv mới nhấc máy và bảo là: em tưởng các bạn đi rồi. Quán ở HQV, nhà khách Hoàng hoa thám. 25 phút sau nữa mới có người ship đồ cho khách. Gọi điện đặt đồ từ 7.08pm. Nhắn tin đồ cần gọi cẩn thận để nhân viên ko hiểu nhầm. Sau khi đói lả và nỗ lực liên hệ với nv nhiều lần thì 8.24pm được nhận đồ ăn. Mở ra thì lại sai đồ đã gọi- dù đã chú thích qua tin nhắn trước đó. Rất không hài lòng. Đề nghị chủ chuỗi bán thương hiệu cần thận trọng hơn chọn đối tác xứng tầm hơn và cân nhắc chất lượng...
