service is so bad very rude staff they didnt welcome us and just started at us when we walked in what is this?

So bad it’s incredibly dirty the food was raw RAW The chairs were sticky and so were the tables and cutlery. food takes centuries to come what is this bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible food and service

DONT GO HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME worst experience ever do not go here i will never come back ever again and i will tell everyone to not come here we ordered FRIED RICE and it came ONE HOUR later. FRIED RICE. the restaurant wasn’t packed either, only three tables were occupied. ONE HOUR for fried rice.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Well-trained too. The food is delicious but it’s quite understandable. They don’t have a restroom inside the restaurant because they’re located inside a mall. Even though it’s hot, they have ACs and fans for each table so that’s a plus. Shogun is still one of the best places for Japanese style food here in Hanoi. You guys should really go and have a meal here. I have nothing bad to say about the food. It was amazing. I myself loved the sashimi and the Japanese fried chicken and the fish dishes....

The worst restaurant we visited in Vietnam. We ordered a set, the food is average, got everything, but fried rice we had to wait for one hour. We got it after everything else was finished. It doesn’t make any sense. We were also supposed to get fruit, but it took to long again. So we were not satisfied and late for for other plans.
