Good atmosphere, but service feels slower than in the past

A friend took me here for dinner. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and even the restroom had a unique design. We started with Hanoi Beer—cheers! Since it was still early, the place felt almost private.

The sausage dish was quite heavy and had an unusual flavor for Japanese taste buds. As for the meat, it came with a typical Vietnamese-style sauce, but honestly tasted better with just a pinch of salt.

My friend mentioned that “this place used to be better”, and I could see why—the staff were slow to attend, and drinks took quite a while to arrive. From what I saw on Google reviews, management does reply, but perhaps the responses aren’t reflected or followed up properly.

It's a shame really. It's a really nice bar with some good beer but the do know how to con.

We've been a few times now and, the previous two visits, we've put the inflated total price down to human error. On our third visit, however, we realise it's a running theme to add items onto the bill which weren't ordered.

The first two times, it's been an extra 2 or 3 beers that weren't ordered and the third it was a 'split cucumber' dish priced at 30k.

When we questioned it, we were met with a 'it's been confirmed, too late, you have to pay'.

I think they see some Tây people walk in and know they can rip them off, as the general response is 'it's fine,...

Thật khó để quyết định quay lại. 1 là do đồ ăn nhiều loại không có. 2 các loại bia cũng hết nhiều, cảm giác nhà hàng chỉ muốn bán những loại theo chương trình, không cần quan tâm đến nhu cầu của khách hàng. 3 mọi thứ từ đồ ăn, thức uống đều rất chậm, gọi đến 3,4 lần may chăng mới có. Nếu muốn nhanh thì bạn nên gọi nhân viên kèm đặc điểm nhận dạng vd em nhân viên đang đứng vuốt tóc ơi vvv... thì em ấy sẽ đến ngay, nhưng đồ lên vẫn chậm. Hoặc bạn có 1 cách khác là ra gọi oder của nhân viên nam mặc áo sơ mi đen, đừng gọi mấy em nhân viên nữ áo đen, bọn nó chả biêta gì đâu. Hôm nay có 1 anh khách đầu trọc mặc áo thể thao màu cam ngồi ở đối diện quầy tính tiền ( có em nhân viên áo đen lùn lùn da trắng tóc ngắn ) cầm cốc ném rồi. Cốc vỡ bắn tận sang bàn em. Nếu anh đọc được cái này nhờ anh báo giá cái cốc để em ném tiếp. Nếu anh không đọc được thì lần tới em hỏi giá trước...
