Checkpoint Hoi An Cafe — Restaurant in Hội An

Just stopped in as I saw they were advertising a meatball sub, and it is something I have not had in so long. It did not disappoint. The ratio of bun to meatball was fantastic, and the flavor of the meatball was great too. The tomato sauce it was smothered in was clearly made in-house and so delicious. It was exactly what I wanted with the flavor that I wanted. I also enjoy a great mixed juice that was super refreshing.

The atmosphere is open with a great breeze, and the staff super friendly and welcoming.

Delicious food combined with a refreshing summer drink and a great service. I went to try this new original café and I was delighted by it. The service is very familiar and everything that they serve is made with love and care. They recommended me a new summer drink and they nailed it. The whole grained tacos combined with the cream and eggs were very yummy and soft when eating them. I also added the spicy sauces, which have been carefully selected. my partner and i made an unplanned brief stop here as we waited for our bus to depart from Hoi An. the cafe wasn’t technically open yet but the owners were super sweet and offered to accommodate us anyways as we waited for our transport to arrive. we ordered two drinks - a special lemon iced tea and a blended snowy lemon drink, both of which were delightful - not overly sweet and super refreshing. there is a unique bicycle theme which i believe is a nod to the local biking community in Hoi An. definitely plan on coming back here the next time I...
