Sol An Bang Beach Resort and Spa provides a lovely and relaxing atmosphere with stunning views of the beach and tall, majestic trees that enhance the experience. I ordered a virgin Mojito, which was refreshing and just what I needed to cool down. The food did not disappoint. I opted for the Hoi An version of the classic banh mi sandwich, which this area is known for. They were very accommodating with my request to omit the cilantro (or coriander, as it's known here), and the bread was perfect—light and crispy.
