Tree Coconut Beach Restaurant provided us with an amazing beach experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive. They even assisting us with our bikes across a temporarily blocked alleyway when we were leaving. The restaurant’s location, slightly removed from the busiest part of the beach yet clean and beautiful, was perfect for us.

We started our visit with refreshing coconut and watermelon juices, which were perfect for cooling off. For our meal, we savored Fresh Vegetable Spring Rolls, Scallops with Lemongrass and Chili, and Grilled Squid. Throughout the day, we relaxed on the sunbeds, took leisurely strolls along the beach, and enjoyed the soothing waves.

Yuck. Liars. Deceivers. They gave me the name of a different establishment after their disgusting customer service. SHAME SHAME SHAME.

I was rather dissatisfied with the beach customer service at this establishment. I typically frequent a neighboring establishment and have never had a concern. Although I was buying drinks they wanted to charge a seat fee which was odd. We enjoyed the passion fruit mojitos. When we were departing I asked the gentleman to bring the QR code and he acted as if it was an imposition. When the QR is just a printed photo or a digital image. It was odd. Another employee showed me a digital image of the QR code and told me “Hurry up!” and “Can you finish?” He was big mad and I didn’t care. Very rude, not demure,...

2 days in a row, this guy "accidentally" charges too much when calculating the total bill. It were only 3 numbers, but still he was exactly 10k off 2 days in a row. Seems like the usual scam. Also he said he had no change for my bills so I ended up paying even more.

When we arrived they told us the beds are not free. The first day the beds were 25k and the next day 40k. When ordering food they are included, so we ordered banh mi. It was very mediocre, not traditional (without cilantro or chili but with dried unions and salad) and with a hair in one of them. And that for 60k while on the street you have...
