Quán Cafe Trứng này là quán quen mình hay uống nhưng dạo gần đây đã có nhiều sự thay đổi; nhân sự, dịch vụ, bố cục trang trí.... Mình nêu sơ bộ về một vài thứ đã thay đổi. Từ ngoài bước vào mình thấy ngoại diên thì không thay đổi nhiều, vào bên trong mình thấy cửa đi hẹp hơn nhiều, lối đi nhỏ hơn trước; quầy pha chế chiếm nhiều chỗ hơn trước. Ghế ngồi ở ban công lầu một thì thấp hơn trước rất nhiều so với nhiều khách có chiều cao thì sẽ rất bất tiện và khó chịu vì phải ngồi co chân, ly nước trà ngày càng nhỏ hơn và hầu như phải yêu cầu ly to mới có và nó không còn như trước đây nữa; hiện tại thì các ngành F&B đã sử dụng ly giấy cho mang đi hoặc ly thủy tinh để phục vụ tại chỗ nếu còn sử dụng ly nhựa thì phải xem xét lại... vì ly nhựa có thể rửa để tái sử dụng lại. Ngày trước mình tới đây và thích ngồi ngay góc có ông phật nay thì đã thay đổi bằng ông quan vũ nhưng cây đao thì lại quay vào mặt ông quan vũ nếu xét về tâm linh thì đây là vi phạm trầm trọng về bố cục trang trí phong thủy và ông quan vũ nếu đặt vào ngành F&B thì là một sai lầm vì theo quan niệm lịch sử; ông là người trừ gian, diệt ác chỉ thích hợp cho việc chính trị, chinh phạt vag thu phục lòng người. Về Nhân sự, nhân viên mình đánh giá quá kém ngay lúc này; đấu đá nội bộ, phân chia phe phái nhưng quên đi mất cái cốt lõi trong ngành dịch vụ; khi khách yêu cầu chỗ ngồi dù đó là chỗ của Nhân viên và không có ai ngồi thì hãy dọn bàn cho khách ngồi (chỗ ngồi dưới kệ sách nơi thờ ông quan vũ). Đây là chỗ ở Hoàng Sa và mình chỉ bình luận về riêng chỗ này, Mình rất mong đợi sự thay đổi ở Trần Khánh Dư tính tới thời điểm hiện tại đang bảo trì. Phần cuối cùng mình muốn đóng góp đó là máy báo nhận đồ uống; mình nói thật đây là sự đầu tư hết sức cầu kỳ và lãng phí kinh tế, ví dụ nếu trường hợp quán đông khách ra vào liên tục thì máy báo có đáp ứng đủ cho khách hay không? Và khi khách nhận máy báo rồi đứng chờ trong lúc đông khách liệu có đảm bảo sự vui vẻ tuyệt đối hoặc tương đối của khách hàng hay không?! Nên nhớ trời có lúc nắng khi mưa, khách hàng cũng vậy sẽ có người dễ tính, người khó tính. Thay vì đầu tư vào những thứ lãng phí và rườm rà, đấu đá nội bộ, bất hòa... hãy tập trung vào đúng chuyên ngành dịch vụ F&B. Tea cups are getting smaller and you almost have to ask for a new bigger cup. yes and it's not what it used to be; Currently, the F&B industry uses paper cups for servingTake out or glass cups for on-site service. If you still use plastic cups, you must reconsider... because plastic cups can be washed and reused. The day before, I came here and liked to sit right in the corner with the Buddha. Now it has been changed to a mandarin, but the knife is facing the mandarin. If you consider spirituality, this is a serious violation of the decorative layout. If Feng Shui and Guan Yu are placed in the F&B industry, it is a mistake because according to the concepthistory; He is a person who eliminates evil, only suitable for politics, conquest and winning people's hearts. Regarding Human Resources, I rate the staff very poorly right now; Infighting, factional division but forgetting the core of the service industry; When a customer requests a seat, even if it is the staff's seat and no one is sitting, set up a table for the customer to sit (the seat is under the bookshelf where Guan Yu is worshiped). First time here and straight up, the last. Not even gonna lie, I wouldn’t recommend this place once. Chairs are tiny as hell. There were three of us and we didn’t even get a single glass of iced tea. Whole vibe was trash. Staff had that ‘you ruined my day’ kinda energy, like I did somethin’ wrong just by showin’ up. I asked one of them, and they just told us to grab it ourselves meanwhile I saw them bring two drinks to some girl like she was royalty. I ordered three drinks: peach tea, cocoa, and coffee. I had the peach tea and man… it was straight-up bad. No sweetness, just weird. My buddy had the cocoa and he said it was so full of creamer powder it was undrinkable — ended up tossin’ it. Whole experience was a mess. Vibe? Off. Drinks? Mid at best. Staff? Nah, I’m...

We only ordered beverages. Unsure if they serve food. The beverages we ordered were on point, and value for money. The cafe had indoor as well as outdoor seating. They have a second level indoor seating as well. We chose to sit outside in the little foldable chairs with short stools as tables, so that we are able to enjoy our beverages, chat and watch the people and traffic go by. It’s quite the experience for foreigners like us. Toilet is clean and usable.
