Vietnam isn't the first place I'd expect to have such delicious, addicting curry, which I wouldn't have known existed since it's tucked within an alley inside an alley. I quickly understood why it was a full house, a decadently balanced curry that's rich and packed with umami, with a slight sweetness and spice along with all the complex spice blend used.
