Hi
I have some doubts and indeed pretty pissed on the 30% discount promotion you are having.
My family is a big fan of your restaurant and we planned to order 4 tables on monday to celebrate the birth of my baby, it's more like a family gathering though.
We were glad to know that we could receive a 30% on the total bill but when we asked the receptionist on this she said we could only receive 30% on the max of 2 tables, the other 2 wont have any discount unless we have the member card then we will have a 10% off!! I'd like to know what kind of marketing strategy is this? Pls enlighten me.
Also, what pissed me off more was the response of your receptionist ms hue hue, I told her fine if we couldnt get the 30% on 4 tables, i'll use 2 different names to book 2 tables each, and you can issue 2 receipts to me, but she said oh then we can't put all 4 tables togather!!! Your guests will have to sit in different areas!!! I said fine, we will celebrate in a different restaurant then, she said ok good on you! Such a good service!!!
I just want to share my experience here since we love your food, my family is a big fan whereas I just go back every now and then but I just couldnt stand the marketing strategy and im surprised the service standard has been dropped to this level. Anyway, it's just...

The tables are fairly spaced apart so that you can have a decent conversation. All the traditional dim sum dishes are available : har gow, dumplings, beef balls, sweets, siu mei, and they are all fairly good. There's also good, non-dim sum dishes like fish, noodles, vegetables, shrimp, and what not. There's big set of tanks of live fishes in the entrance to showcase the freshness of their seafood. However we have a duck dish that was clearly microwaved - not good. Overall its very good but not one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Saigon. You'll definitely miss Hong Kong. The restaurant is on the fifth floor of the Windsor Hotel. Elegant, posh, but a...
Read moreVisited this restaurant whilst staying at The Windsor Plaza Hotel. We were ignored for some time, finally given a menu and when we tried to order were given an I pad to order ourselves as it seemed no one spoke English. Meanwhile, the Chinese gentleman that sat at the table next to us had already been given his food and they were running around after him !!! Food was awful, ordered pan fried chicken which was full of bones. Worst restaurant I have...
