📍Địa điểm: • Quán nằm ở đầu đường nếu bạn đi từ hướng đường 3/2 rẽ vào Hà Tôn Quyền, chỗ gửi xe ở ngay đầu đường ngay chỗ bảng đèm "Phố ẩm thực HTQ" luôn nhé. •Bảo vệ dễ thương, dắt xe nhiệt tình. Mình nhớ là giữ xe có lúc miễn phí có lúc thì mấy anh bảo vệ nói khách muốn cho bao nhiêu thì cho, thường mấy hôm đông xe sẽ vậy hay sao á

🖼️Không gian: • Quán nhỏ, bàn ghế sẽ xếp ở trong nhà và ở dưới lòng đường, đối điện có 3 căn liền kề cũng để biển Thiên Thiên có thể lựa chọn. Mấy hôm cuối tuần đông có thể phải ghép bàn cùng người khác nhen. • Nhân viên quán Thiên Thiên ít khi mặc áo nhân viên lắm, đa số mặc đồ thường đôi khi đứng chèo khách ở ngoài như mấy quán khác.

🥢Món ăn: • Mình đi 2 người gọi 1 phần sủi cảo chiên và 1 phần mì sủi cảo khô kiểu cũ 3 vắt (mì khô - cảo nước, ai muốn ăn giống vầy thì nói họ làm kiểu cũ là được) tổng hết 200k hơn, mình có gọi nước với dùng khăn lạnh. • Mì ăn ngon, vẫn giống nhiều chỗ mì Tàu mình ăn qua. Tóp mỡ mềm, hơi dầu không hợp với người ăn healthy. • Sủi cảo chiên ở đây luôn chiên liên tục, vàng ươm. Chiên được cái kiểu rìa vàng rụm mà khúc bọc nhân thì mềm xốp, không bị sượn sượn hay hôi dầu. Cắn một cái tê bì thần kinh lun tại nó ngon á=))) bữa ăn đỡ chỗ khác vì Thiên Thiên nghỉ bán, ăn xong sang chấn 3 hôm đến bữa sau ăn lại sủi cảo Thiên Thiên mới được chữa lành🤡 • 2 người ăn tầm loanh quoanh 200K là no căng nhen. Giá này giá chung ở đây rồi nhưng đồ ăn người Hoa mình thấy giá này là hợp lí

⭐️Dịch vụ: • Kinh doanh kiểu hộ gia đình nên đa phần nhân viên là họ hàng với nhau, nhận order nhanh, lên món tầm 10-15p tuỳ giờ cao điểm. • Quán có nhận thanh toán ck và momo luôn nha hỏng sợ bị ở lại rửa chén đậu kkk Thien Thien Dumplings - Best Chinese dumpling noodle in town (or at least most recommended in Ha Ton Quyen food court imo) 🫶🏻

📍Location: • The easiest and fastest way leading straight to Thien Thien is find the Ha Ton Quyen street while driving along the Ba Thang Hai st. (Feb 3rd street for real😀) then take a left turn into it • You can park your vehicle at the top of Ha Ton Quyen street, some security guards will help or direct you where to park. In case you cannot find it, there is big LED banner displaying "Ha Ton Quyen Food Court" next to the parking lot.

🖼️Atmosphere: • Pretty crowded if you visit on the weekend, rush-hour may take place around 7:00PM - 10PM. • You can otionally choose to take a seat indoor/outdoor. Thien Thien also owns 3 house across from the street if you prefer more commodious seats

🥢Food: • The dish can be served in two default ways: traditional wet version with all components cooked in broth or dry version that after being boiled and drained, all components will be put in a bowl a good mix with a dollop of sauce. I ordered a dry version for noodles then wet version for dumplings with broth for the side bowl. If you want to try this, you can simply order "noodles dumpling (made with) old style". I also had 1 fried dumplings additionally. • Dumplings are fully stuffed with pork and fresh shrimps. Not too salty so you can make a optional dipping soy sauce if you want. You can add toppings for dry noodles such as: seafood, pork internal organs, pork bones, etc. The broth will have bok choy, seasoned with pepper. • The fried dumplings come with a red paste sauce called "tương xí muội" (plum sauce i guess😀😀). Highly recommend order this one, it's a must . The shell is crispy on the edge but surprisingly soft in the middle, dipping into plum sauce then take a bite, I bet you won't regret. Total cost me around 200.000 for 2 persons. It's more expensive than other regular local dishes but the quality is worth the price to be honest, especially for Chinese cuisine

Even though the food is amazing and in Saigon, once in a while I need to get back to my native yellow-trailer park roots and have some good cheap Cantonese feel-good food. The food is fast, cheap, simple and good. I have the standard water dumplings (Sủi Cảo) with noodles. The serving size was perfect for a fat person like myself trying to lose weight and it costs 40K ₫ (less than $2.00). There are actually two restaurants on opposite sides of the street to each other but they are identical so see which servers or guests you want to sit next to. Folks say its not a real restaurant. I park, I sit, I order, I eat (well), I get satisfied, I pay. Nothings wrong. An establishment that serves good food efficiently - that's called a RESTAURANT. Nearby if you want something more substantial, get (roasted) duck soup. I don't know of the restaurants off hand but they are also all over....
