Visited the shop on Thursday at noon. The place was quite empty, but the food took a long time to come out. The ramen broth was bland, and the egg had a sharp sour taste. When I asked the chef, he said the egg had just been marinated and the sourness was from the marinade, not the egg itself. So, shouldn't you consider changing the marinade? This is the first time I’ve ever tasted such a sour marinated egg—it tasted like pickled food. Yet the chef blamed the marinade and insisted the egg and kitchen were fine?? I also work in the culinary industry, and this was a first-time experience for me.
Next, the fried chicken took way too long to come out. The menu photo showed the chicken with sauce, but the dish arrived with the chicken and sauce completely separate. The chicken itself was bland, not even a hint of saltiness, and the dipping sauce portion was tiny.
