Starbucks Sun Avenue — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I accidentally booked my Starbucks order for the wrong location! It completely slipped my mind at checkout. Thankfully, the staff member working that evening (her shift was at about 8:00 PM) handled it with a smile. Not only did she make my coffee, but she also messaged my pick-up location to let them know of the mistake. Thanks to her attentiveness, I got my coffee with no hassle! This experience highlights the importance of customer service. Starbucks is lucky to have such a wonderful staff member. 5 stars for Starbucks...

Not sure why some people complain about the staffs’ attitude here, but I have never gotten something negative with them. Quite the opposite, they remember my name and my drink, and always welcome me with warm smiles.

The only thing I don’t really like though is the wifi, which keeps getting disconnected every 10 minutes and we have to log-in again every time, annoyingly and disturbingly. Probably a strategy to discourage customers to stay longer, since the place...
