When you name your restaurant is Sushi Kei, your best dish should be sushi. But too bad, it is the worst.
Sushi rice is bland, no taste of vinegar, wasabi is like the cheapest quality wasabi powder on earth as no spicy kick at all, shoyu is also bad quality. Sashimi is not fresh and chewy, don't feel good after consumed. Maki roll is the same, no flavor at all.
Salad is fine, just the dressing is bland.
Green tea is the easiest drink to make, also bad, and I was disappointed when they served in a plastic cup like for buffet, so from hot turned cold quickly.
All of the above would be 1 star.
I think the reason why I give 2 stars is because of the Okonomiyaki, it's good.
Oh yes, if receipt above 500k will have a free sashimi plater (not so fresh), which I will give another 1 star as an encouragement.
