Quality going down. This restaurant was my go-to place for Vietnamese wrap, and I love everything about it. The price, the menu and the unique values. Over the years it's been going down and today I learned they reduce the size of a drink to a pretty small glass. The wrap is loosely done so stuffings keep falling out. Too bad I can't come back.

Nice place for Vietnamese food. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious place and plenty of seating options. Many options of Food and drinks to choose from. They served the food without much delay. We had a vietnamese friend to help us, but I don't think the staff speaks English though.

Food is just so so but the service is terrible. Waiting too too long for food, have to remind many times but still being ignored. Will never come again. Date 19/8, table 10, checked in at 6:44 pm but have to wait until 8:25 pm to finished. Have to wait for ages to be served food but it's so fast to...
