I didnât know what âmade with loveâ meant until I had my first bite of food from CHAY corner. Location is a little off on the map, you might have to enter from the street behind it and you will see signs leading to the restaurant. Mung is the little lady who is the server and chef. She doesnât speak much English but the menu has translations so all you have to do is point and she will take the best care of you ð the restaurant is literally in her home and the most authentic experience I had in Hue. Plus, it is all vegetarian so I went for dinner every night! I even befriended her daughter who organized a cooking class for me on my last day in Hue. We made the famous pancake and the dumplings. Such a great find and would definitely...

I ordered the traditional dumplings which tasted great and seaweed fried rice is highly recommended. However the veggie fried noodles were just okay...
